- Initiating new business relationships through relationship management, networking and customer retention
- Acquisition of own projects, from the first appointment up to completion
- Procuring new customer requirements for product development
- Consulting and execution of web demos with interested parties
- Close exchange and collaborations with the management
- Professional experience in software sales, ideally in the HR industry
- Technical affinity and quick comprehension when working with software
- An outgoing personality who knows how to establish a basis of trust with your counterpart
- Experienced with CRM systems
- Enthusiastic and passionate individual interested in start-ups and likes to take on much responsibility
